Enterprise-grade infrastructure
Our platforms run on trusted enterprise cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) — whose data centres are independently audited and certified to leading international standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and PCI DSS. Operations are professionally managed and continuously monitored by our dedicated infrastructure partners, so security patching, availability, and scaling are handled by specialists rather than left to chance.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
Data is protected with strong encryption as it moves and while it is stored.
Managed & monitored
Infrastructure is professionally operated, patched, and watched around the clock.
Backed up & recoverable
Regular backups and tested recovery so your history is never a single point of failure.
Least-privilege access
Access to systems and data is restricted, role-based, and logged.
Privacy by design
Privacy is not a setting we add later — it is built into how our products are designed and how our teams work.
- You own your data. Your members, records, and history belong to your organization. You can export them at any time, and if you ever leave, you take everything with you.
- We never sell your data. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
- Data minimization. We collect only what a product needs to do its job, and no more.
- Canadian data residency options. Built in Canada, for organizations that care where their data lives.
Responsible AI
Where we use artificial intelligence — for example, to help classify grievances or surface relevant precedent — we do so under clear principles. AI at Verdanth assists people; it does not replace their judgment or make decisions for them. And your data is never used to train models for anyone else. Every AI feature is adopted only where it strengthens trust and preserves knowledge, never for its own sake.
Accessibility
We design our products to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and to align with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), so every member of an organization — regardless of ability — can participate fully. Read our full Accessibility statement.
Business continuity
Availability matters when your members are voting, filing a grievance, or reaching out for help. Our platforms are built for resilience, with regular backups, monitoring, and recovery procedures so that your organization's operations — and its history — are protected against disruption.
If something goes wrong
We maintain incident-response practices to detect, contain, and address security events, and we are committed to notifying affected customers promptly and transparently, consistent with our obligations under applicable privacy law. Trust is earned in the hard moments, not just the easy ones.
