The Data Portability Pledge

Your data is yours. It always was, and it always will be.

• Export everything — members, records, documents, and history — at any time, in open, standard formats. No special request required.
• No exit fees and no hostage tactics. If you ever decide to leave, you leave with all of it.
• We never sell your data, and we never use it to train models for anyone else.
• When you offboard, we provide a complete structured export and delete your data from our systems on your instruction, in line with applicable law.

The Migration Guarantee

Moving to us is our job to get right — not your risk to carry.

• We migrate your members, history, and records from your current systems as part of onboarding, so you begin with your knowledge intact — never a blank page.
• Before we start, we agree a written go-live date with you.
• If we miss that committed date for reasons within our control, we credit one month of your subscription for each 14-day period of delay within our control, up to three months.
• You keep access to your current system throughout migration. We don't cut you over until you're confident and ready.

• We target 99.9% availability and publish our current system status openly.
• If an incident affects you, we tell you — what happened, what we did, and what we're changing so it doesn't happen again. We don't bury outages.
